These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of our platform, including any software, mobile app, or website (collectively referred to as the "Platform"). Upon completion of registration and any subsequent identity checks:

1. Your profile must reflect accurate information at all times;

You agree that you are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your user account at all times and acknowledge our right to request additional documentation when necessary.

Account Accuracy Obligations

Please be aware that providing false, outdated, or misleading information during registration is strictly prohibited. If we detect any discrepancies between registered data and real-world records (e.g., banking, addresses), these Terms may become invalid without notice, including account suspension, termination, or fines where applicable by local law.

Account Security Responsibilities

To maintain the security of your account:

1. Never share login credentials with anyone;
2. Regularly change your password to prevent unauthorized access;

You understand that failure to adhere to this requirement can compromise the integrity and security of both our Platform and its users, which we reserve the right to restrict or terminate in such cases.

Login Credentials and Password Protection

When logging into our system:

1. Use a unique username for each user;
2. Choose an uncompromised password following all recommendations from your device's built-in safety features (minimum 8 characters);

You acknowledge that maintaining multiple, highly secure passwords helps safeguard access to other online services not affiliated with us.

Restricted Behaviour and Prohibited Activities

The use of our Platform is restricted by law as well as company policy. The following are considered unacceptable behaviors:

1. Using proxy servers or bots;
2. Circumventing anti-fraud measures;
3. Spamming, phishing, or spreading malware through the site;

We can modify this list at any time to keep pace with developing threats and updates.

Bonus Abuse Prevention

Abusing our bonus system (e.g., registering for free money using stolen identities) will lead to automatic termination of your account without a refund if it comes from an unauthorized source, regardless of local jurisdiction. You confirm you are not attempting to exploit any offers by misrepresenting yourself or the facts.

Wagering and Gameplay Conditions

When using our Platform:

1. Make informed choices about playing;
2. Understand that losses can occur unexpectedly;
3. Follow recommended bets within your budget;

We encourage players to explore responsible gaming features, available on request (Section 10).

Game Fairness and RNG Systems

All games hosted by us use Random Number Generators (RNGs) for generating outcomes based on each player's interaction with our games in real-time.

The platform uses a sophisticated algorithm-based random number generator that is independently certified by reputable bodies as complying with the requirements for fairness, transparency, and predictability.

To minimize disputes:

1. RNG validation can be performed directly through an independent app.
2. Any discrepancies or potential cheating should immediately report to our customer support team so it could receive prompt investigation from experts within 14 business days after receiving information about that incident.

Technical Interruptions or Voided Gameplay

In exceptional circumstances, we reserve the right:

1. To cancel games under special conditions;
2. Disrupt gameplay due to site maintenance or necessary upgrades;

We strive for seamless gaming experiences but appreciate your understanding in situations like these.

Suspension or Closure of Accounts

If you engage in prohibited behaviors (listed above) while on our Platform, we will not hesitate:

1. To restrict access immediately without notice;
2. Terminate all associated accounts upon finding evidence of abuse;

You understand that account suspension and/or closure do occur when a user fails to follow our guidelines.

Modification of Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Such changes become effective on the date they are posted online, which applies automatically for all users even without additional notice regarding this policy's update through messaging services or otherwise unless you notify us within three business days after their release and contest any amendment to your contract.
